Ford Fiesta ST Concept introduced in Frankfurt
Published Friday, 04 November, 2011 by Blog Admin. Categories: New Inventory.
The new Fiesta ST, is borrowing from the performance-tuned and share exterior aesthetics from the Ford Focus., including LED headlights, 17-inch wheels, a honeycomb grille, and lower intakes with round fog lights.
But the most exciting feature of this new Ford Fiesta ST, is under the hood. The 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine, produces 180 hp and 177 lb-ft of torque, and will get you from 0-60 mph in only 7 seconds, with a top speed of 135 mph.
As distinctive feature, the Ford Fiesta ST concept has a blistered hood, a hoop style rear wing, side-sills, a lowered ride height and flared wheel arches. As for the interior, Ford promises a "high contrast"1 color scheme, complete with Recaro bucket seats and a sportier dash.
Rumor is that this global "concept" is closer to being a production model than Ford has publicized. A worldwide release might be as early as 2013! European drivers might be the first one to try this new Ford model, but it should not be long to hit the US market afterwards.
We, at Lamarque Motors Company, located at 3101 Williams Blvd in Kenner, LA will make sure to let you know as soon as it comes into our showroom.
In the mean time, if you have any questions about the current new Ford models available at Lamarque Motors Company, contact us online or give us a call at 1-888-882-0577 to schedule a test drive.
